"Borbaad" (2025) centers on Ariyan Mirza, the spoiled son of a powerful businessman and politician, Adib Mirza. Scarred by a past romance, Ariyan is initially portrayed as an "uncontrollable monster" indulging in various vices. His life takes a dramatic turn when he meets Nitu, a young woman seeking donations for charity. Ariyan becomes instantly infatuated, pursuing her relentlessly and showering her with extravagant gifts. His possessive nature is evident as he retaliates violently against anyone who dares to disrespect Nitu, even going as far as to publicly humiliate the son of a prominent figure, leading to the involvement of a dangerous rival.
However, Nitu's seemingly innocent facade hides a dark secret and a burning desire for retribution. Her father, Sabuj Mia, was a poor laborer who was framed for murder and sentenced to death by Adib Mirza, Ariyan's father, and other influential political leaders. Nitu's sister had once desperately pleaded with Adib for their father's release, only to be met with a vile demand for sexual favors. This deep-seated injustice fuels Nitu's actions, and despite Ariyan's relentless efforts to win her affection, she consistently rejects him, even manipulating him with false pretenses of indifference.
Driven to desperation, Ariyan, guided by his father's counsel, embarks on a path of violent revenge against those responsible for Nitu's father's fate. He storms the home of Naved Khan, one of the co-conspirators, and ruthlessly guns down everyone involved in framing Sabuj Mia. Yet, Nitu remains emotionally distant, still holding onto her own meticulously planned vengeance. News of Naved Khan's death brings his violent elder brother, Farhan, back to the country, setting the stage for a deadly confrontation.
The narrative spirals into a complex web of vengeance and betrayal. Farhan, seeking to avenge his brother, orchestrates a truck accident that leaves Ariyan severely injured. In a twisted turn of events, Farhan then kidnaps Nitu, and upon seeing her, falls in love, deciding to marry her himself. The climax sees a recovering Ariyan, fueled by a thirst for revenge and learning of Nitu's impending marriage, storming the wedding venue. The film culminates in a brutal showdown where Ariyan kills both Prince and Farhan, and ultimately shoots Nitu, who in her dying moments, finally reveals the depth of her true feelings for him.
